DevInnovate provides an AI-powered technology innovation platform that helps businesses discover, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge technologies. Our services include technology discovery, relationship management, and implementation support.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. Payment Terms

Our pricing is based on qualified leads that respond to outreach efforts. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these terms.

• Interfere with the service's operation

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the terms.

These terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms
